Well, we were able to get it done last night at Grundy County Speedway! The track was hot and greasy which made things quite interesting. However, we had the fastest car in the second practice and qualified first. During the heat race, NASCAR and Monster Jam Driver, Camden Murphy , decided to race with us during our heat race, which was incredibly cool. I ended up giving the lead away early In the race but almost had him towards the end! It was truly amazing to be able to race with a NASCAR/Monster Jam driver! Then when feature time rolled around, the 13 of Jamie Domski battled with me for the first few laps until he passed me. With 6 laps to go, I was able to make the pass on him coming out of turn four. Shortly after, the caution flag flew with only three laps to go. Thankfully, I was able to maintain my position for the win! Looking forward to racing at Grundy County Speedway again on Friday!
