This past Friday and Saturday, we attempted back-to-back race dates. We raced Friday at Grundy County Speedway with the Super Cup, and Jefferson Speedway.

We made quite a few setup adjustments going into the Super Cup race which had the car handling pretty poorly, especially with old tires. We won the heat race even after having our toe knocked out after some contact. We then made some last minute adjustments that had the car handling much better for the feature race, which put us in victory lane once again at the Grundy County Speedway! It was good to be back!

As for the legend, some of you may have already gotten a glimpse of what happened. We had decent speed all day and were happy with the car’s handling. Unfortunately, during the heat race, we lost our motor, ending our day quite abruptly. We have a few options that we are considering that should hopefully put us back in the legend car soon.
