Fun racing at Madison International Speedway on Friday night. Qualified 4th and finished the heat race 3rd. Car was fast but had to learn the lines on the track and where to get off the throttle. We spun on lap 9 of the feature race trying to get by the number 27. Had to restart

Challenging night at Rockford Speedway last night. We fought carburetor issues all week. Had to swap out the carburetor at the track. Qualified third but had way too much rpm. Had to swap out the rear gear to get that rpm down. Then had to drop out of the heat race before taking the green

Fairly good Saturday night racing at Grundy County Speedway. We finished 3rd in the heat race and 3rd in the feature race. We started last in the feature and worked our way up. Great potluck dinner, thanks to all the teams’ various contributions. As always, great organizing by Pat Gremo!!

July 16, 2017 – Exciting Racing at Grundy County Speedway

Exciting racing this past Friday night at Grundy County Speedway. We qualified 4th and had a great heat race finishing 3rd. We started on the outside pole for the feature race. Another fun night of racing at Grundy County!!! Started out with a flat tire after the first practice. Lost 700 RPM from first practice to second practice, discovered we had a messed up throttle cable. Thanks to all the CSR family that helped us get fixed and back out. So we had an interesting weekend at Rockford Speedway, beautiful skies, then rain and then some late night racing!!! Got a chance to start up front and led the field to green flag and then a spin on lap 1 in some tight racing. Got back out there and finished 6 out of 7. Learned
